Covid19
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to take care of your patients and loved ones. If you are an employee, we appreciate your strength and courage during this challenging time. We are lucky to have you on our team.
The safety of our patients, residents, and staff has always been a top priority. With the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are taking precautions that exceed CMS and CDC recommendations. We have instated a “Limited Entrance” policy that only allows individuals essential to patient/resident care and operations into the building. Every person will be screened prior to entry to ensure limited risk of exposure to our patients.
We ask that if you are essential to care and operations and have been in contact with someone who has been exposed to or have been infected with COVID-19 that you do not come into the building. This includes people who have traveled to California, Florida, New York, international countries, or have been on a cruise ship since March 15, 2020. Even if you do not show symptoms of the virus, you can still be a carrier of the virus if you have been exposed. Similarly, if you have symptoms of the virus do not come into the facility. These symptoms include: fever, congestion, cough, or severe difficulty breathing. Call your supervisor if any of this describes you.
Continuing to communicate with your patients and loved ones while they’re in our care is highly encouraged. Our staff will help accommodate our patients and residents with phone calls and video chat.
